1️⃣ DISCO CHILL – RELAXED HALLOWEEN SPECIAL
2:00pm – 3:00pm
A gentle, sensory-friendly disco designed for families with babies, toddlers and children who prefer a calmer atmosphere.
Space to roll, crawl and move freely
Simple dance routines and bubbles
Scarf dances and parachute play
Face painting
Bring your own snacks or buy on site
Free bottomless squash for anyone bringing a bottle

3:30pm – 5:30pm
Turn up the energy for our full Halloween celebration with classic party tracks, games and group dances for all ages.

Everything outside is falling away, letting go, getting ready for the winter stillness.
Join us at Studio1 at The Bluecoat for an afternoon workshop.
Leading up to the busiest time of year, come and cocoon yourself in the cosiness of Studio1.
We will spend our time with a mixture of:

simple songs we can switch off and let our nervous systems sink into

organic movement practise (all individual with eyes closed)

songs that create a sound bath for us to lie down in
-
luscious warm sounds and some campfire songs
We'll work together intuitively to guide ourselves through the afternoon with the palette of songs/practises and offerings Kathy and I have to share.
Singing for Wellbeing
In this group you will find:
- A community of like minded people
- Songs full of affirmative and heart opening lyrics
- A place to explore your voice; ALL voices welcome
- No sheet music, just learning by ear
- Simple harmonies and rounds which create a mindful atmosphere.
- A safe place to express yourself

Singing Mamas Community Groups
Women, everywhere, are waking up to the joy of singing.
Singing Mamas are a wide network of singing groups, specialising in supporting women and their mental health during the perinatal period. We bring women together; to meet, connect and experience the freedom, energy and pure magic of harmony singing. We accept Women of all ages because we believe that it takes a village to raise a child. Other women supporting and nurturing Mothers is vital for their sense of wellbeing.
