Singing Mamas Community Groups
Women, everywhere, are waking up to the joy of singing.
Singing Mamas is a wide network of singing groups, specialising in supporting women and their mental health during the perinatal period.
We bring women together; to meet, connect and experience the freedom, energy and pure magic of harmony singing.
We accept women of all ages because we believe that it takes a village to raise a child.
Other women supporting and nurturing mothers is vital for their sense of wellbeing.
CURRENT TERM
Holistic Harmonies delivers Singing Mamas in two open community groups on Thursdays in South Liverpool.

Taster sessions are available at any time during the term. Email us to book.

Memberships for the group are paid via a monthly subscription. 2 weeks notice is required to cancel your subscription if you wish to leave the group.

We want our groups to be accessible to all. If you are unable to afford the cost of the group, please get in touch with Holistic Harmonies to discuss further.

Singing Mamas On Prescription
Holistic Harmonies founder, Rachel, is also a Director on the board of Singing Mamas Choir where she works as a leader trainer, project manager, and a facilitator for the Singing On Prescription Programme run by Singing Mamas. Singing Mamas has received funding to work with One Knowsley to deliver the Knowsley Arts Project in Halewood, Huyton and Kirkby between September 2023 and January 2025. This programme is specifically for pregnant women and women with babies under 1 year old. If you are:
